Eight rules in plain words, and what staff promise you.

Good to know

  • Published: the date, the action (and how long for a temp ban), the rule and a short reason.
  • Names: shown as "a player" unless staff decide a name helps (for example a known scammer).
  • Don't: Never published: IP addresses, account names, hardware IDs, evidence or staff notes.

A first minor offence gets a warning. Repeats get a 3-day ban, then 14 days, then a permanent ban. Cheating, botting, exploiting and real-money trading can mean a long or permanent ban straight away. See Penalties.

  • Log in on the appeal page with your game account, even while banned.
  • Staff answer within 72 hours. Late answers are counted above, not hidden.
  • Someone other than the staff member who banned you decides.
  • If it's accepted, the ban is lifted at once and the log says "Appeal granted".
